Frequently Asked Questions

How do we making wine buying easier for you?

Cheers & Co. is dedicated to helping make the guess work of purchasing wine as simple as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Why is shipping wine so hard?

Just like when you buy wine at the store, when it is sent to your home, it requires an adult signature. Make sure someone 21 years of age or older will be at the address when your order is delivered. We cannot ship wine to P.O. boxes. Orders usually take between 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on the state where they are being shipped. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Where should I ship my wine to ensure delivery?

Because of the limitations associated with buying wine, we recommend sending it to a location where this can be guaranteed. Most people choose to send it to their office for this reason.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually take between 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on the state where they are being shipped. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

We do not ship to: Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Utah.

* Deliveries are dependent on carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries need to be signed for by someone over 21 during business hours/days. Shipment timeframes vary.

What if I need to redirect package to a different address?

Be sure to enter the correct address when you place your order and double-check it for accuracy. Any changes to the address made after the order has been placed must be made directly with the shipping carrier and may result in additional charges.
